Friday-Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?

This has been a long week!  I went to the track last night and jogged with my daughter again (she is still sore from Tuesday, and still hates me).  I weighed this morning and am up a few lbs--still within my 3 lb allowance...but on the high end of it.....after losing some the past two weeks....I guess this is maintenance and this is how you "maintain".....I'm gonna pay extra attention to everything I eat this next week and ensure I don't overindulge!!

Food for today:

B-Kashi cereal and fat free milk
S-Kashi bar
L-boxed lunch (chicken salad sand) (I'll eat part of it and give the chips and cookie away)
S-grapes, Chobani yogurt
D-nibbles from my jewelry party I'm hosting this evening

No exercise for me....Friday is my day off.

Sorry i wasnt around yesterday. My baby is sick w/ Croup so i was at the doctor and then home loving on him. Unfortunately i had to come back to work today but he's w/ granny and lovin every minute of it.

This morning i thought i had protein shakes at home and since im not feeling well i'd just grab one at work. Well when i got here at 730 i DIDNT have any SO heresmy eating

B-nothing or Tea w/ splenda
S-spoon of reduced fat PB
L-1/2 bbq chicken salad from Big Bob Gibsons
D-who knows

ive lost 9lbs in almost 2 weeks! my weekly weigh in is on Sundays but i cant help but weigh everyday. I need to lose 1.5lbs to get to my first mini goal.
This whole process isnt so hard if i just focus and refuse to eat the CRAP put in front of me. I dont have the greatest willpower but seeing the scale move downward is a great feeling and my motivation.

L - turkey & laughing cow rolled up into a WW 50 cal. tortilla + 4 tiny snack-size pickles
S - 1/2 protein bar
