Thursday Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?
Good morning Kim and all the rest who will post here today!!! I am so excited. I have lost 3 more pounds. A total of 18 pounds!!! Only 7 more until I get back to where I was for the longest amount of time. If I lose back to my lowest I will need to get off 24 more. That is what I want to do and then lose even more. I did not reach goal before I had the regain. I have not been excited about weight loss in such a long time.
Yesterday was my birthday and I am giving myself a gift. I am joining our gym. The lady gave me first month free and free zumba with membership. I don't know if I have zumba in me but I am going to give it a whirl!!!
Have a great day and keep it real!!!

B - Special K Protein and Skim Milk
S - none
L - Hmmm...probably something light...turkey cheese roll up?
S - ?
D - I don't know! I haven't felt like cooking much lately because it just seems like a waste! Then I eat a lean cuisine or something and I really want to stay away from processed foods as much as possible. I need to figure something out that will work for me when it comes to meal planning. Maybe one day a month where I cook several freezable things in lap-band size portions?

Thanks! :)
I thought about making some chili and freezing it in small containers. Lots of protein.
Or even some soups that would freeze and reheat well?
Another challenge for us in that dept. is that we have a tiny freezer! My husband take a lot of frozen stuff to work for his lunches and loves that kind of stuff, so our freezer is usually packed out! I might have to rent some space in my mom's mini deep freezer. LOL
