Wednesday Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?
Last night I dragged my daughter and my grand-dog to the jogging path with me. Stephanie did a good job of putting in effort to exercise, and Doughnut enjoyed the outdoor time. Steph called last night to tell me she hated me because every muscle in her body hurt! I told her to take a hot bath and I'd see them Thursday to do it again. Steph is going back to WW Monday--I'm so proud of her........she needs to lose about 40 lbs....I'd love to see her tackle it now, in her 20's, and not end up SMO like her mother. I'm going to be her personal trainer (a la Jillian) so this should be interesting!
Today:
B-1 sl double fiber toast with PB and 1/2 banana
S-Kashi bar
L-not sure--going to Chili's
S-Chobani pineapple yogurt, nectarine
D-leftover roast and veggies
Dessert-jello with cool whip
If I exercise (gotta do grocery shopping tonight) I'll do something with weights.

Late Good Morning. Got home at 9:20 am this morning, showered, and straight to bed. Slept 5 hours and woke up hungry!
Last night at work, all I ate was one high protein chicken wrap with sharp cheddar cheese, tomatoe and lettuce, and one pack of cheez-it crackers.....spaced out in about 4-5 "meals". I drank a ton of coffee. Definitely stayed awake to drive home but now I feel dehydrated and my legs are cramping so soaking up the water now.
I have set a better eating plan for today as my blood sugar has taken a recent hit:
B (2:45pm): 1 slice toast, 1 slice pepperjack cheese, 1 serving deli sliced roasted chicken, mustard and lettuce
L (8:30pm): Banana and cottage cheese
D (1:30am): pack of tuna and 5 triscuits
S (3:30am): yogurt (diabetic friendly)
S (6:30am): peanut butter and crackers
