Whatcha eating? exercising?
I know Kim normally posts this but this is the only time today i'll be able to get on so i thought i'd chime in real fast. Hopefully she wont care!
I did 30 minutes on the elliptical last night abt 9 and overslept this morning and didnt do any so i'll have to get with it tonight.
Todays foods for me is:
PreB- half a banana and 2 slices of apple w/ peanut butter.
B-Protein shake
L-bbq'd chicken breast
S-??protein shake or grapes
D-cottage cheese
i realized last night that im not very hungry after i drink my protein shake at 5 that at 830 im not really hungry enough for a full meal so im going to try something different. I also have some frozen Healthy choice dinners that i may eat instead of the cottage cheese. We'll see!!

I did P90X chest and back last night, then ab ripper X. I just advanced to doing all the push ups "boy" style--no more on the knees for me. It was so much harder! I was only able to do 7 on each round--but I'll get back to 15 soon! Tonight I run.

B-a few bites of a leftover Jimmy Dean D-Lights bowl, 2 slices of bacon
S-Kashi bar
L-not sure-going to Surin 280
S-grapes, Fage honey yogurt
D-taco salad (homemade)
Dessert-s/f jello with pineapple

My neice is here. After I got her off to JSU, I went for a walk. I went about a mile and a half. Had the dogs with my and my male schnauzer is so OCD about pooping (he goes until all that he has left is water), we came home sooner than I wanted to.
I am changing out my dishes and decorating my house for fall, so I will get on that in a bit. Doing my P90X later on also.

S - none
L - Baby organic mix, mushrooms, grapes, grape tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, feta cheese, grilled chicken, light dressing
S - Protein shake if I need a snack made with carbmaster yogurt
D - Eating out with my neice so I'm not sure. Maybe Mexico Lindo grilled chicken salad
S - Chocolite pecan cluster

I am going to be way off schedule for the next few days. I am working midnight shift beginning tonight and I get off of work Friday morning at 8 am. Soooo.....I don't know how I am going to plan my meals at "normal" times.
I had cereal for breakfast today. I will try to nap a lot and eat left over tacos for dinner before I go to work. I plan on taking a high protein wrap, peanut butter and crackers, 1/2 apple, and a yogurt to eat at work. Just not sure how hungry I will be or what times I will feel like eating!
Going to be a tough week for me so if I don't post, you will know why!!!!!!

L - Unwich wrap from Jimmmy John's - SOOOO GOOOOD a new fave!

I loved the unwich from JJ's sandwich shop. It's a lettuce wrap. I had mine with provolone, double ham, lettuce, tomatos, and avocado spread. It was EXCELLENT.
I made another batch of the crustless mini quiches last night. I tried the pizza bites this time. They are very good, but I like the Spinach Feta better, personally! I might heat them up later if I need a snack, but that wrap was good to hold me for a while...

It is in downtown Auburn near Toomer's Corner (on North College) which is close to campus!
I had to stay in my office for lunch today to meet a computer tech person, so it was great being able to order it and they deliver right to my office. I def. think I'll be having that again. It was pricey, but good!
ACTUALLY, all I hafta do is learn to make that avacado spread and there would be no need to spend bundles of money on those! It's just cold cuts and lettuce! I saw a recipe for the avacado spread online....
