Yay! A scale victory!

It's a small one in the long run, but it sure did feel good to step on the scale this morning and see 299 instead of 300+ lbs!!!

What an amazing feeling to know that I won't be going back to the 300's ever again!  And on my one month "bandiversary" no less :)

Way to go!!! I still remember that feeling!!! I thought I would never see the 200's!! It was a great day!!! You should be so proud of yourself!!!

Thanks everybody!! When I made the decision to have WLS, I was 355, my highest ever was 379, which I stayed at for almost a year... When I look at it like that, it's so hard to believe!!!
