Happy Friday! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?
Last night I ended up having 2 dirty martinis, one potato skin and one small slider burger...and today I'm blessed with the "morning after" headache!
Today is my weigh in day and for the 2nd week in a row I've lost weight--which is odd because I haven't lost since the end of May....nothing drastic though, I'm still staying in that same 3 lb range.
My new hiking backpack came in yesterday! I finally decided to invest in one specifically made for a woman's body and it fits great! I can't wait to try it out this weekend.
Food for today:
B-1/2 cup cottage chs with NSA peaches, 1/2 eng muffin
S-Kashi bar
L-leftover Japanese from Wed (some rice, veggies and salmon)
S-watermelon, Oikos cherry yogurt
D-grilled burger, veggies
Dessert-if I have one it will be a NSA ice cream or a pudding
I wont exercise tonight as Friday is my regular day off (although I've had too many of those this week!)
Tomorrow I'll do P90X weight workout then Sunday I'll run or hike--or both!

D: Lean Cuisine Salisbury Steak
S: If I need it will have a mini-bag of popcorn
Still at work....til midnight.....on a Friday :(
