Wednesday Whatcha eating? Exercising?

I can't believe it is Wednesday again already!  Gotta go to Publix tonight....and I already grilled some chicken breasts Saturday so we'll eat that tonight instead of the greasy Publix fried chicken (wont make that mistake again).  Do yall have some days when all you want to do is eat, then others, you can barely eat?  I still have those days....I just go with it, and when I'm hungry, I eat good stuff, not junk.  Today I'm not hungry--I could only eat 1/2 my breakfast.  Go figure.

B-1/2 Jimmy Dean D-Lights turkey sausage bowl
S-1/2 turkey cheese whole wheat wrap, Kashi bar
L-going out to Japanese
S-Chobani peach
D-grilled chicken breast and some veggies
Dessert-probably fruit or a NSA ice cream bar

Exercise--I am still so sore from the weekend workouts, but I'll probably run either at the track (if I can get there during daylight) or on the treadmill--gotta get ready for the 5k at the end of this month.

I'm so sore from starting over with the P90X. Did the core synergistics yesterday and I am feeling it today.

B - blueberries, strawberries, kashi go lean, carbmaster yogurt
S- none
L - going to Pizza Hut buffet: will have salad and the toppings off several slices of pizza and the crust of the cinnastix
S - Protein bar or shake because I will need it
D - grilled filet, baked potato and salad

Have to keep on pushing the exercise which will be P90X today. Don't even know which one is #2 in the list but will get to it.

Congrats for getting back on it!  When all else fails, do the stretch or yoga if you are really sore...those seem to make me feel better.

Glad to have my P90X  partner back!

Up dying my hair burgundy, doing laundry, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, etc.

Plan on going to Opelika later.   Need my Starbucks...and may do lunch out.  Not sure yet.


B:   1 Slice toast with butter and 2 slices sausage
S:    Iced Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte
L:     ?????   Left 1/2 of a turkey and swiss market fresh sandwich at Michael's office so may swing by there and eat
D:    Making a homemade Grilled Chicken Pizza with Mushrooms, Black Olives, & parmesan Cheese
S:    Apple with Peanut Butter

Feel better that I have a plan today.   Hopefully will keep me from over eating.   I have resumed taking my B-12 vitamins and have been taking a FLintstone vitamin everyday the past few days.  Wondering if that has boosted my appetite or if it is simply pms.

I'm having one of those "not interested in food days". The bad thing is that it's because I'm bored with my choices - not because I just don't want anything. The good thing is that I have had the willpower not to eat bad things instead.

However, I still gotta eat.

B - Cottage Cheese
S - none
L - Not sure yet...(ended up eating a grilled chicken & cheese quesadilla with a few dips into guacamole, sour cream, and salsa...I ate the whole quesadilla...I probably shouldn't have, but I'm not stuffed, just full & satisfied. I could have had a salad, but I haven't tried salad since being banded, so I didn't want to try it in public just in case! LOL)
S - ?
D - I've got a couple of new recipes I want to try out:

Spinach & Feta crustless quiche bites and then I'm going to modify another recipes I found to make a greek chicken salad. I bought all the stuff for the quiche bites yesterday.

I got the recipes from eggface. Ya'll might know who that is...she's an OH member and she has some great recipes! Her blog is here:

B-protein shake (i made an egg and left it on the table bc i was running late so i grabbed a shake)
L-bbq'd chicken breast and small salad w/ spinach, carrots and tomatos ff ranch
S-protein shake
D-salad w/ grilled chicken

I'll get on the elliptical tonight but dunno for how long.

Started my day off with a trip to Walmart after dropping my twins off at school!  I couldn't believe the change in me....actually looking at the nutrition contents of the products I considered buying!  I went to get some of the greek yogurt everyone keeps talking about.......we'll see what I think a little later, lol!  I should have eaten before leaving the house b/c I ended up at Jacks for breakfast.

B-eggs, 3 strips of bacon, and sm cup of grits (all from Jacks)
S-none....drink more water :)
L-Roast Beef Deli Slice with Laughing Cow Light Cheese and cucumber
S-Not sure yet.....maybe a protien shake
D-Pot Roast w/carrots and potatoes and cabbage
S-another protien shake?

I am REALLY trying to keep my carbs down today!  I want to see if I can get them below 50% of my intake for the daily values.  I know....I should probably cut out the potatoes and carrots to help do that.....I think I will play with my choices to see what my totals will come out too.

The Health Tracker on this website is awesome for tracking your food, weight, and exercise....it is free and then all your info is in one place. 

Our WalMart doesn't carry the Chobani Greek yogurt but they have Oikos and another brand....Publix has the Chobani and if you go to the Chobani website you can get a coupon for buy 2 get 1 free!!

I try to get 40% of my calories from protein each day--I don't really track the carbs-I need them for the workouts that I do.

Thanks for the info.  Yes, I bought the Oikos yogurt today.  I haven't tried it yet  and I completely changed my eating arrangments, lol.

S- I think I might eat some crab meat.....I'm still hungry and would like some meat.
