B-1/2 Jimmy Dean D-Lights turkey sausage bowl
S-1/2 turkey cheese whole wheat wrap, Kashi bar
L-going out to Japanese
S-Chobani peach
D-grilled chicken breast and some veggies
Dessert-probably fruit or a NSA ice cream bar
Exercise--I am still so sore from the weekend workouts, but I'll probably run either at the track (if I can get there during daylight) or on the treadmill--gotta get ready for the 5k at the end of this month.

Have to keep on pushing the exercise which will be P90X today. Don't even know which one is #2 in the list but will get to it.
Up dying my hair burgundy, doing laundry, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, etc.
Plan on going to Opelika later. Need my Starbucks...and may do lunch out. Not sure yet.

Feel better that I have a plan today. Hopefully will keep me from over eating. I have resumed taking my B-12 vitamins and have been taking a FLintstone vitamin everyday the past few days. Wondering if that has boosted my appetite or if it is simply pms.
However, I still gotta eat.

L - Not sure yet...(ended up eating a grilled chicken & cheese quesadilla with a few dips into guacamole, sour cream, and salsa...I ate the whole quesadilla...I probably shouldn't have, but I'm not stuffed, just full & satisfied. I could have had a salad, but I haven't tried salad since being banded, so I didn't want to try it in public just in case! LOL)

D - I've got a couple of new recipes I want to try out:
Spinach & Feta crustless quiche bites and then I'm going to modify another recipes I found to make a greek chicken salad. I bought all the stuff for the quiche bites yesterday.

I am REALLY trying to keep my carbs down today! I want to see if I can get them below 50% of my intake for the daily values. I know....I should probably cut out the potatoes and carrots to help do that.....I think I will play with my choices to see what my totals will come out too.
Our WalMart doesn't carry the Chobani Greek yogurt but they have Oikos and another brand....Publix has the Chobani and if you go to the Chobani website you can get a coupon for buy 2 get 1 free!!
I try to get 40% of my calories from protein each day--I don't really track the carbs-I need them for the workouts that I do.
