Friday! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?

I am sooo glad it is Friday!  Yeay-long weekend!  Last night at bunco we had wings and potato salad, and red velvet "balls" for dessert....and yes, I had 2 bites of the dessert--it was wonderful!  I weighed today (EVERY FRIDAY A.M.-the only time I get on a scale)-I am down 3 lbs from last week right back to my same ole weight of 156.....my body has made its decision!

Today:

B-turkey sausage and a slice of double fiber toast
S-Kashi bar
L-going to Chinese restaurant, not sure yet
S-orange, Chobani yogurt
D-leftover spaghetti and meatsauce

There will be adult beverages on the patio tonight, so probably no dessert (gotta cut something out....besides I had dessert last night)

No exercise for me today (Friday is day off).  Tomorrow I'll mow our lawn, Sunday I'll do weight workout and Monday I'm going hiking!

Happy Friday everyone!   I am working the weekend so Monday will be my Friday,

B:   Turkey-Ham sandwich with Bacon Cheddar Cheese, lettuce, and mustard, water

S:   Coffee....either a skinny cinnamon dolce latte or a sf vanilla one.....not sure yet

L:  Ham and Cheddar snack pack with crackers, green grapes, water

S:   Pickle Spear, tea or coffee  

D:   Spicy Shrimp Soup, water

S:    Piece of Dessert "Incredible Edible"....pnut butter and chocolate.....not good for me but know I will have one.

It is okay for us to have an occasional sinful dessert!  As long as we compensate in the exercise dept!  Enjoy it.
