Tuesday-Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?

Today I'm back in the office!  Yeay!  I don't like going downtown and since I had Federal jury duty, that is where I had to go.  Glad to do my civic duty though.

Today I'm calling my surgeon about the gall bladder symptoms I think I'm having (self diagnosis!).  I think I'll go running tonight if it isnt raining-my Ipod broke Saturday when I was running (come to find out the screen went out, but it technically works...I just have no control over it!).  I'm getting a new one next time I go to Sam's.  The broken one is great for the car though--mine plugs into the glove box and plays thru the radio, so you cant use the screen anyway!

Food:

B-1 sl ww toast with PB and banana
S-Kashi bar
L-Lean Cuisine three meat pizza (heavy on the carbs, but I want to try it)
S-Chobani pineapple yogurt
D-blackened salmon and tomato/cucumber salad
Desser****ermelon

I'm in one of those "I don't want to exercise" funks for the past few days-I think it is because of my internal issues....when I run I get a pain under my ribs on the right side (which I suspect is the gall bladder) and lets just say the gas situation is not really pleasant when trapped in my basement!!

Today my co-workers stopped by TCBY and I didn't have to feel left out! NSA fro-yo is good and in the kids size VERY little calories or sugar. It's a good snack! The kids size is less than 1/2 a cup.

B - 3/4 of a protein smoothie with frozen fruit & yogurt
S - 4oz. 2% Cottage Cheese
L - 1/2 of a large bowl of Wendy's Chili + 2 crackers
S - NSA Tcby Mountain Blackberry Frozen Yogurt (Kids size)
D - ...probably the other half of that chili and a few bites of veggies

Total Cal: 708 , Total Protein: 66

L:    6 Grilled Shrimp/Spinach Salad and Tomatoe soup from Applebee's, unsweet tea
S:    2 wonton taco's from Applebee's - Michael's leftovers!  lol
S:    Venti Skinny Iced Cinnamon Dolce Latte
D:    Chicken Wrap on high protein wrap, handful of almonds
S:     few espresso beans, ham and swiss on crackers


Back at work after a 4 day weekend!
