TGIF! Whatcha eatin? exercising?

I am so sore from that %^&* P90X leg and back workout I did last night!  I guess that is a good thing--we'll see.  I do know the muscles in my legs have gotten quite defined!

Friday's food:

B-1/2 c cott chs and NSA peaches, 1/2 ww eng muffin
S-Kashi bar
L-cherries, Healthy Choice Bacon & Smoky Cheddar Chicken
S-Chobani strawberry yogurt
D-not sure-going to Sweet Bones with some friends....I know an adult beverage will be had, and I'll share something wih hubby.

No exercise for me today-Friday is day off-tomorrow I'll get up and jog/speed walk at the track.  I'm cooking a big ole pot of seafood gumbo tomorrow and having some friends over in the evening.

B - most of a blueberry smoothie with protein powder
S - 4oz. low-fat cottage cheese
L - 2oz. chicken salad w/fat-free mayo, rest of protein shake
