Thursday-Whatcha Eatin? Moving?

I ended up doing yoga last night and I'm a little sore today from it--which is odd because I'm very flexible, but I hadn't done it in a while and I'm sure I woke up some muscles that were just being lazy!  Tonight I'll do P90X legs and back then ab ripper X.

Everybody have a great day and enjoy this cooler weather we've had!  I'm finally getting to put the top down on the convertible!!

I made my first protein smoothie this morning! I just bought one of those personal blenders for $15 and it works great. I used the yoplait smoothie things you find in the frozen fruits. It is two servings per package, but I only used 1/3 of the bag, 9oz. milk and 1 scoop of protein powder. It made more than I could drink because I forgot how frothy the protein powder makes things. VERY good! And I had to use chocolate protein powder because that's all I have. LOL Didn't even notice it was chocolate,really! But, I'm getting some vanilla very soon.

B:   3 pieces bacon, toast with butter, slice of tomatoe and 1/2 banana
L:   Venti Skinny Iced Cinnamon Dolce Latte, and pack of Cheese Crackers
S:    Venti Skinny Iced Vanilla Latte
D:    Not sure yet - either a Protein Bar or Ham and Swiss on Crackers and a banana
S:    ????   Not much of an appetite today and feeling a little ill...........will see.

On a good note :  It's my FRIDAY!    :)   Leaving in the morning for MIssissippi to visit Michael's family......and......I was approved for a 4 day weekend instead of a 3 day one!!!!!!

OK - Addendum......ate 1/2 protein bar and the ham and swiss on crackers but no banana.....and no snack tonight.............
