Wednesday-Whatcha Eatin? Moving?

The weather was so nice last night, I went out to jog/speed walk.  Couldn't do too much because started having pain again under my ribs on the right side....I think it is the gallbladder.  I'm calling surgeon today to get it checked out.  But at least I got a few miles in!

Today:

B-Chobani pineapple yogurt and 1/2 ww english muffin
S-Kashi bar
L-grilled snapper and cauliflower, cherries
S-tropical trail mix
D-salad with grilled chicken strips, light italian dressing

Workout tonight will probably be P90X yoga.

Today I got to chew! LOL

Breakfast - Slimfast (I was in a hurry this morning)
Lunch - tuna salad (2oz) with 3 crackers
Snack - delmonte peach cup
Dinner - ?

I chewed and chewed and had no problems with the tuna/crackers...I could have eaten more easily, but stuck to that 2oz. rule and let my husband eat the other oz. - which was 2 bites for him!!!

I can't wait to get some fluid in this band because the 2oz. at a time thing leaves my stomach growling... It's worth the "suffering" though!

So glad you got to eat!  Hang in there-it will get better when you get a fill--when does that happen?

September 23rd is my first fill appointment!

I really can't wait because so far, I feel no restriction at all. I guess that is normal...

I think it is--my friend had the lap band and has done quite well with it (except he eats too fast and too much sometimes!) and he was good after a couple fills.

D-nothing so far. im gonna try not to eat after all the crap ive ate.

It probably isn't that bad!  I ended up having 2 slices of Pizza for lunch instead of my fish and cauliflower.

B:   Oat Cereal with Skim Milk, water
L:   1/2 of chicken quesadilla, chips and salsa, water - which upset my tummy
S:    SF Vanilla Caramel Coffee
D1:  2 slices turkey on a high protein wrap, 1 oz. chips, 5 Dark Choc. covered Espresso Beans, water with SF Replenish drink mix
D2:   Protein Bar, more coffee
S:   Mozzarella Stick, 5 more espressso beans, water


Tonight is another work night!   Have a 3 day weekend coming up and looking forward to a trip to Mississippi to visit Michael's family.   Hoping I can find healthy food choices.   I find it hard to eat with a lot of people who don't eat similar type foods as I do.  I try to blend in and "do as the Romans do".
