Back to Work Monday! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?
Even though I indulged in bloody Mary's by the pool almost every day, I managed to stay the same weight while on vacay! I did go running on the beach a few days, and I went to the gym to do weights one time. It was big fun--but I'm glad to be back to normal life for now.
Today:
B-Kashi cereal with skim milk
S-Kashi bar
L-grilled red snapper and cauliflower
S-applesauce
D-steak and corn
Dessert-probably a frozen fruit bar
I'll do P90X yoga tonight.

Missed you last week but so good to hear that you had a great time! Great job on staying active and maintaining your weight!

B: 1 Boiled Egg, 1 Slice Toast, 1 slice of an orange, 1/4 c. tomatoe/mozzarella salad
S: Coffee
L: Grilled Chicken Wrap with no sauce and Unsweet Tea from McDonald's
S: SF Chocolate Puding
D: Ham sandwich with lettuce, pickle spear, mozzarella cheese stick
S: Welch's Diet Black Cherry Juice (only 2g sugar!), 1 c. popcorn
