Back to Work Monday! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?

Even though I indulged in bloody Mary's by the pool almost every day, I managed to stay the same weight while on vacay!  I did go running on the beach a few days, and I went to the gym to do weights one time.  It was big fun--but I'm glad to be back to normal life for now.

Today:

B-Kashi cereal with skim milk
S-Kashi bar
L-grilled red snapper and cauliflower
S-applesauce
D-steak and corn
Dessert-probably a frozen fruit bar

I'll do P90X yoga tonight.

Glad you had such a good time.  You were missed on the board but Hilary took up the slack!!

B - coffee
S - oatmeal
L - salad with grilled chicken
S - applesauce
D - rice & chicken (cooking in the crock pot)

Missed you last week but so good to hear that you had a great time!   Great job on staying active and maintaining your weight!

Today's Plan:

B:  1 Boiled Egg, 1 Slice Toast, 1 slice of an orange, 1/4 c. tomatoe/mozzarella salad
S:   Coffee
L:    Grilled Chicken Wrap with no sauce and Unsweet Tea from McDonald's
S:    SF Chocolate Puding
D:   Ham sandwich with lettuce, pickle spear,  mozzarella cheese stick
S:   Welch's Diet Black Cherry Juice (only 2g sugar!), 1 c. popcorn

Glad your back!!! I had too much to drink Sat for my birthday but i lost 2lbs!! LOL

I had too much to drink all week!  I counted my bloody Mary's as vegetables!  Hope your birthday was awesome.....congrats on the 2 lbs!
