Its on day closer to Friday!!! Im so excited!! I hope Kim is having a fabulous time on her beach trip! I cant wait to hear all about it!

B-sausage biscuit and unsweet tea from Mcd's
L-salad from zaxbys it'll be blackened chicken on a reg salad.
D-ham and cheese rollup w/ hot sauce

Me either. I wouldn't say one bad thing about what someone else eats.....Heck.....you see what all I eat! lol
Not focused yet today but here is my best guesses at this point.....may revise later if it changes.
B: 1 Boiled Egg (white only), 1 slice toast with butter, 4 oz. Diet Cranberry Juice, 1/2 banana
L: Not sure. May meet Michael for lunch but if not.....probably a High protein wrap
S: Coffee will be involved in some form
D: Turkey and cheese wrap, sweet and tangy corn salad
S: Pnut butter and honey crackers
I found some flour tortillas that I use to make my wraps. They have 8g Protein and only 5g carbs! There are a couple of different brands out there so if you look for them, just make sure you read the labels. Works great as a bread substitute.
OK......addendum here - Met Michael for lunch.....2 pieces of a steak quesadilla, chips and salsa with unsweet tea for luch
D the same except forgot to take the corn salad.....had a piece of leftover quesadilla from lunch
Also 2 more snackes entered the picture......2 c. popcorn and 2 more pieces of quesadilla.
I have been a bottomless pit tonight! But afterall it is 3:30 AM!
