Whatcha Eating Today?

yesterday i veered from my plan at dinner time. I had such an awful headache and i went to bed at 830. We had ball practice til almost 8 so it was get home, get J a peanut butter sandwich make me 3 ritz crackers w/ bologna and cheese and i ate and went to bed!!

SO, today my plan is as follows.

B-One slice Arnolds Whole Wheat Sand Thin w/ peanut butter and half strawberry Chobani.
L-salad from somewhere or low carb thick burger
S-protein shake
D-who knows. we have football again. probably cottage cheese w/ olives.

what are yall eating today?

Hi Hillary,

I'm having computer problems so forgive me for not being here sooner.

I'm having some problems with an old ulcer so I don't feel much like eating.

B - a few pieces of fruit and a small piece of cheese
S - toast
L - oatmeal
D - not sure

Can't wait to get home and take some Nexium.  Awful burning pain.

B:  1 mini-bagel with creme cheese and 1/2 banana
L:  1/3 of a tomatoe and mozzarella pizza
S:   Iced Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte
D:   1/2 ham and cheese sandwich, pack of p-nut butter and honey crackers, 1/2 oz. chips
S:  Another Iced Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte

and will probably have another snack of the rest of my ham and cheese sandwich!

how do you eat often and stay so skinny? !

BTW, i LOVE Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Lattes. Its a damn good thing i dont have a starbucks on my way to work LOL

I think by eating the right combination of protein/carb often keeps my metabolism up.   I always go high protein and low to no sugar with minimal carbs.....most days.

I also have a very active / physical job....I am walking or doing stairs for up to 6 hrs every day I work......I get in 5-6 miles a day.  So I do think I am burning any excess calories off.
