Tonight is the Night!!!

That is the  night Tonight is the night for our monthly support group meeting and the annual celebration of Dr. Freeman doing weight loss surgery.  All of you Freemanettes come on out and lets show Dr. Freeman and the staff how much they mean to us.  Bring your favorite weight loss dish and recipe to share.   I am so excited this morning,  I get to see some beautiful people and some wonderful friends.  The support group means so much to me, it keeps me accountable to work hard to keep from regain.  Tonight 7 years ago was my first support group and in all this time I have only missed 2 meeting.
