Friday the 13th!!!! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?

Yeay!  Last day of work before I go to the beach!  Hilary, will you do our daily post next week?  I wont be near a computer.

I did my P90X shoulder/arm workout last night.  I really needed a workout.  Tomorrow I'll get up early and run before I leave for the beach.  Tonight, no exercise for me.  Friday is a regular "off" day for me.

Food for today:

B-1 slice double fiber bread with PB and 1/2 banana
S-Kashi bar
L-grilled chicken Greek salad from McAllisters (lunch meeting today), nectarine
S-Chobani strawberry banana, cantaloupe
D-chicken salad

Will skip dessert as I know I'll have a dirty martini tonight!

I weighed this morning--exactly the same and I've been since the end of May.  So far, so good on maintenance!  I'll miss you all next week!

i will gladly do the posts next week! I havent been good today either but starting the in morning im back at it. Tonight i'll probably have a ****tail or two.

Have a great beach trip!   Wish I was going too!

B:  slept til 11 so I went straight to lunch!
L:   3 shrimp, 1/2 c. broiled scallops, 1 c. salad, 1/2 cheddar biscuit and 3 bites of baked potato from Red Lobster...thank you Michael!
S:   Venti Iced Coffee with NF milk and 2 shots of SF vanilla, 1/2 dark choc covered graham cracker
D:   1/2 c. curry chicken salad (homemade), 1/2 c. celery and tomatoes with dill dip, 1 slice whole wheat bread
S:  the other 1/2 of the dark choc. covered graham cracker

It is almost 2am and I am getting hungry.  May eat a few bites of left over baked chicken or pnut butter with celery.


I am not even going to post exercise anymore as I don't do official "exercise".  Too tired to do anything structured.
