Thursday! Whatcha eatin? Exercising?
Okay, somebody come to my house and force me to exercise! This heat is killing me, and add to that the "issues" I believe my gallbladder is causing, and well, I've been lazy the past two days....I promise I'll work out tonight! (Had to watch the finale of So You Think You Can Dance last night....)
Today:
B-1/2 ww eng muffin and hard boiled egg
S-Kashi bar
L-not sure-going to Crazy Cajuns
S-pineapple, Oikos honey yogurt
D-salad with two baked crispy chicken fingers
Dessert-NSA ice cream bar
I WILL DO WEIGHTS TONIGHT....NO EXCUSES!

I'm right there with you Kim. It is so flipping hot! I have a bladder infection and went to the doc yesterday, so I was just going to sit on the couch all night. However, my husband ran on the treadmill and then came in and told me I had to go to the track to walk at least a mile with him. I wasn't in pain so this worked out great. I'm so glad he's my accountability partner because my motivation, especially in this heat, isn't always there. LOL So, you get out there and lift weights tonight! :)

S: Iced Coffee and small blueberry muffin
D: 1/2 taco...all I have had time for
D2: Plan on eating some baked chicken when I get home tonight.
Not really exercising but getting in 3-6 miles of walking in the evenings at work.....too tired to do anything else.

I had my iron infusion yesterday so i was on the go and then sat at the oncology place for7 hours. then we had ball practice. whew. no excuse but my eating has sucked and i can tell. i dont feel good and ive gained 3lbs. SO. Its back on track. TOM is gone so i have NO excuse!
