Monday, Monday-Whatcha eatin? Exercising?
Boy it was hot this weekend! Yesterday I went at 8:30 a.m. to jog and it was already 88 degrees when I left the house!
Today:
B-1/2 cup cottage cheese with NSA peaches and 1/2 english muffin
S-Kashi bar
L- not sure--we are bringing lunch in......
S-Chobani and nectarine
D-Brats and saurkraut (sp?)
Dessert will be watermelon
Exercise will be P90X weight workout and ab routine...not sure which one yet...probably the back one.......

I had a great work out this morning and still feel so good.
B - oatmeal, large coffee (no sugar)
S - cheese
L - leftover chicken with just a tad of pasta
S - cheese
D - chicken salad with a few crackers
We have watermelo in the fridge. It will be for dessert at lunch and dinner.
I plan to go back to the gym after work today. I'm ready!!
Still having major issues with my blood pressure. That bottom number is staying right around 100-102. My top number this morning was 142. I'm so glad the gym keeps record of this everytime I go. It will be good to show my doctor at the end of the month.

Yeah it's still hot here too, but not as hot as it has been.
B - kiwi, nectarine, carbmaster yogurt, HiLo cereal

L - salad with deli turkey
S - Protein shake or some cherries
D - some left over meatloaf, asparagus, and a potato wedge
Exercise will be the P90X back and legs workout plus the ab ripper. Ouch!!!!
I think my least favorite P90X workout is the yoga. It makes me feel so uncoordinated and clumsy. I will continue doing it and hopefully become graceful and balanced. LOL.
