FRIDAY! Yeay! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?

TGIF!  I leave for Gulf Shores next Saturday....so 1 MORE WEEK OF WORK!!  This is my "girl" beach trip and I enjoy it so much!  I'll need yall to keep our board going while I'm gone!  I won't have access to the internet for a whole week!!

Today:

B-1/2 ww eng muffin with a hard boiled egg
S-Kashi bar
L-Lean Cuisine, cherries
S-Chobani blueberry
D-not sure--will probably go out somewhere

Dessert-none, because I'll have an adult beverage tonight

Exercise--nope, not on Fridays, but tomorrow will get up early to speed walk/jog a few miles, then I have to go to Tuscaloosa to bring some things to my son and see his new "pad" (may do that tonight.....not sure).

Good Morning!! i just got into work not long ago. Ive been having these horrid stomach burning pains, whati think may be uclers and then i woke up throwing up with a migrain so i said crap on work im going back to bed. I took some medsand woke up feeling much better!

Today for me is going to be a lil lax cusi havent fully planned LOL

B-1/2 whole wheat sandwich thin w/ PB and a slice of tomato
L-either half of a low carb burger or cottage cheese. still not sure.
S-Protein Shake
D-Cottage cheese w/ tomato and 2 slices of ham w/ hot sauce.

Its been 2 week (officially on Sunday i will weigh again then) but so far ive dropped 8lbs and im so excited!!

thank you so much! tomorrow night will be true test. We're going to eat mexican for a friends birthday. Im pretty clueless as what to eat thats good for you bc i like all the bad stuff aka burrito real's and such. My PLAN is to have a few chips w/ cheese and or salsa and insides of a taco salad! and possibly a margarita but its doubtful!

I get a chicken soft taco and refried beans.....not too bad.

I usually get one soft steak taco or shrimp ****tail and eat some chips with salsa.

Kim have ffun in Gulf Shores!!! I did the Cardio X today. Didn't get to workout yesterday cause I was in Chattanooga most of the day for my orthopedic appointment. I am eventually going to need a total knee but we are going to hold off as long as possible. I wore my knees out when I was so heavy. Got a steroid shot and was told I could do whatever I wanted. He knows I am doing P90X and was ok with continuing to do it. He is familiar with it.

My food for the day has been
B - carbmaster yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, and HiLo cereal
L - went to Mexico Lindo for lunch, had about 7 chips and salsa, and a chicken fajita taco salad (no shell) Oh yeah hubby and I split a fried ice cream. It was so yummy.
D - I have no clue. Might have breakfast for dinner. Haven't decided.
S - Probably yogurt or a dark chocolate jello mousse cup with some fresh cherries

Busy day doing personal stuff today.
Looks like it is getting ready to storm.


B:  3 bites of a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit
L:  Jr. bacon cheeseburger from Wendy's with no mayo
D:  Baked chicken and a banana
S:  Breakfast Burrito
S2:  1/4 c. strawberries and few chunks cheddar cheese
