FRIDAY! Yeay! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?
Today:
B-1/2 ww eng muffin with a hard boiled egg
S-Kashi bar
L-Lean Cuisine, cherries
S-Chobani blueberry
D-not sure--will probably go out somewhere
Dessert-none, because I'll have an adult beverage tonight
Exercise--nope, not on Fridays, but tomorrow will get up early to speed walk/jog a few miles, then I have to go to Tuscaloosa to bring some things to my son and see his new "pad" (may do that tonight.....not sure).
Today for me is going to be a lil lax cusi havent fully planned LOL
B-1/2 whole wheat sandwich thin w/ PB and a slice of tomato
L-either half of a low carb burger or cottage cheese. still not sure.
S-Protein Shake
D-Cottage cheese w/ tomato and 2 slices of ham w/ hot sauce.
Its been 2 week (officially on Sunday i will weigh again then) but so far ive dropped 8lbs and im so excited!!
Kim have ffun in Gulf Shores!!! I did the Cardio X today. Didn't get to workout yesterday cause I was in Chattanooga most of the day for my orthopedic appointment. I am eventually going to need a total knee but we are going to hold off as long as possible. I wore my knees out when I was so heavy. Got a steroid shot and was told I could do whatever I wanted. He knows I am doing P90X and was ok with continuing to do it. He is familiar with it.
My food for the day has been
B - carbmaster yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, and HiLo cereal
L - went to Mexico Lindo for lunch, had about 7 chips and salsa, and a chicken fajita taco salad (no shell) Oh yeah hubby and I split a fried ice cream. It was so yummy.
D - I have no clue. Might have breakfast for dinner. Haven't decided.
S - Probably yogurt or a dark chocolate jello mousse cup with some fresh cherries
