Thirsty Thursday! Get tha****er in! Whatcha Eatin? Moving?
Well, after I went to Publix and put groceries away and cooked dinner, I did not end up exercising (Wed is a normal day off for me anyway...). I watched So You Think You Can Dance and basically sat on my butt!
Today:
B-Jimmy Dean D-Light turkey sausage bowl
S-Kashi bar
L-going to Mexican restaurant...probably taco salad or chicken soft taco/refried beans
S-grapes, Chobani strawberry yogurt
D-salad with baked chicken strips on top
Dessert-NSA ice cream bar (Klondike)
Exercise: Yes, I have to tonight....will do the P90X arm/shoulder weights and ab routines.

I have my grandkids a couple of days while my daughter is off to a Pure Romance meeting in Ohio. They were absolutely HORRIBLE last night and this morning. I don't know what I'm going to do with them tonight if they are so bad again.
B - coffee and 1 chicken mini
Snack - a piece of turkey rolled in cheese
L - chicken pasta
S - more turkey/cheese
D - spaghetti

IM exhausted today, beyond words. i just dont feel good but dont know whats wrong either. every time i eat i get sick feeling also. i hate it and its making me just not want to eat yet if i live on protein shakes or nothing, my stomach starts burning and then i feel sick again LOL. I go next week for an iron infusion and im hoping i feel much better after that.
B-1/2 Whole Wheat sandwich thin toasted w/ PB and 4oz of Oiko's greek yogurt.
L-2 bites of tuna salad, egg salad and abt 1/4 cup of cottage cheese
S-? protein shake
D-cottage cheese and tomatoes if i eat.
Im down 7lbs as of today :) that makes me excited i just dont feel well enough to show it. LOL

I was up sick last night but feeling ok now. I ate 2 small pieces of fried fish and few fried pickles. I am sure that is what did it....or maybe that 1/2 of a caramel turtle brownie. I broke weak and paid the price.
Back on track today.
B: Mini Whole Grain Bagel with cream cheese, handful of almonds, 2 strawberries, water
L: Meeting at CiCi's Pizza......one slice pizza, and a garden salad with some type of protein source on it (eggs, cheese, ham), unsweet tea
S: Banana and crackers with cheese, Vitamin water
D: Grilled Chicken wrap and 1/2 c. sliced strawberries, water
S: Iced Coffee with nf milk and sf vanilla
Back to work this evening for me so I will be out walking and sweating in the sun for 6 1/2 hrs out of my 8 hr shift! I always get in at least 3 miles...some nights double that!
Back on track today.

Leslie, just curious....what kind of work do you do? The brownie sounds good, but I end up regretting stuff like that (as I sit with a piece of key lime pie on my desk....) because it makes me feel awful. Ok, Ok, I've taken two small bites...I'm going to give it away and eat my Chobani!
Hey Hilary! Congrats on the weight loss, and your menu looks better today....really good protein. I'll bet the low iron is making you feel poorly--hang in there.

I work at the Federal Prison Camp at the Maxwell Air Force Base. I have done mental health/correctional work for over 17 years! I couldn't have a "normal" job. I'd get bored lol
Easiest job I ever had but it is HOT out there!
I always get in plenty of exercise and I think I am sweating off any excess water weight! It allows me to eat a little more than I normally would.....but then again I think my body needs more in this heat.
