Hey You Lurkers!!!

I stop by every couple days!

I kind of thought you were one of the lurkers.  How are you doing?  I remember one of your posts about regaining some weight.  Well, you know for me that seems to be an every day battle.  I can still lose if I obey the rules but my mind is not set on weight loss.  It seems to be more set on "what's for the next meal".  Some things are just hard to change.

How's the music coming? 

The music is rolling along.  I have lost three of my strongest choir members over the last year.  Two were sudden deaths and one was a long haul with pancreatic cancer.  We haven't quite bounced back from those losses.  But the new year (Liturgically) is upon us and we are busy preparing All Saints services and have even cracked open our Christmas music.  it will be here before you know it!!!

On the fun side, I am music directing GODSPELL at Demopolis High School in October.  A wonderful show!  Then in March/April we will open the newly renovated (to the tune of 3 Million $$$!!!!) theater at Demopolis High with HAIRSPRAY!  And yes... I will be performing the role of Edna Turnblad!!!!

Wow, what an exciting time for you.  I'm thrilled to even say that I kinda know you!  Last night I went back and read through some of your profile.  Your blog on Pavarotti had me crying so hard I could hardly see what I was reading.  What a life you've led!!!  I wish you every single success that is out there to be had.  We need more people like you.  I'm very proud to know you!!!!!

It's me...you caught me!  I haven't even lurked for awhile!    I usually try to stop by every night, but it has been a few days...maybe even a week.

I am so glad this board still has you and others like you who keep it going!!  It was good to see Carmen, Gary, Kay, Nana4two, John and Biscuit, and Pam!!
Who am I forgetting?  Love you guys...I've always been a lurker so I haven't changed! lol

You may be a lurker but when you speak we all listen.    I wish we could get the board more active but it looks like a hopeless cause.  I'll hang around as long as there is even 1 person posting.
