Hello Alabama OH friends

Been a while since I have been here--and I have nothing much to report.  I seem to have reached a permant stall--basically because injuries have caused me to have to stop exercising.  good thing is I am putting on no weight.  Right now considering my cir****tances I will take a loss of 202# inin 15 months.

I am in the process of changing my "look" again.  Growing back the hair and beard.  Will post photos when I stop looking like a trail drover.

I love you guys--and if any one who does FB wants to join my Mafia in MW--I am addicted and need about 200 more dedicated members.  I still farm some, but not so much.

Give me a shout out and let me know how you are doing--I am a semi-dedicated lurker.

It is so good to hear from you.  I wondered how you were doing.  I think you have done wonderful to have lost 202 lbs.  CONGRATULATIONS!!!

I nkow a lot of people just lurk these days.  It's sad but there's nothing we can do except respond whenever someone does shout out to us.

Gary!  I've missed you!  So good to hear you are maintaining, and sorry to hear about the injuries.  Can't wait to see the new look!  I check my FB every now and then, but mostly just use OH. 

Life here is good--we'd love to see you more--you can help us get this board back to life like so many other dedicated folks....we have the best one on OH!

Hey there Gary and congrats on the loss.  That is GREAT!!!!!  I too, spend most of my time on FB.  I love it there because you can say what you want LOL.  I still love my OH friends, though.  Just wi**** were as it use to be.  You have you an awesome afternoon!!!!
