Busy, busy weekend.  Both our boys moved--one out, and one in.  Our middle son got an apartment with a roommate-they both just graduated college and started jobs in banking....so he has officially left the nest.  The "baby" moved home while he still looks for a place in T-town before school starts again.

Today's eats:

B-1/2 english muffin with PB and 1/2 banana
S-Kashi bar
L-chicken salad, green salad
S-necatarine, Chobani yogurt
D-Healthful helper
Desser****ermelon

I'll probably speed walk/jog tonight around 8 when it cools off.

We had a busy weekend as well.  We drove to Jay, FL for a funeral Saturday and yesterday after church I went to sing at my mother's apartment complex.  She has a little service for them every Sunday and has different speakers and singers come in.  I had a great time.

I got up at 5:00 this morning but just couldn't make myself go to the gym.  Instead, I took my time getting dressed, played with Sydney for a while, straightened up the house and then just came on into work early.

B - Coffee, toast
S - oatmeal
L - green salad with fuit mixed in
S - cheese
D - probably a chicken/rice casserole

I'll hit the gym this afternoon.

Weekend was very busy for me. On the go all day Sat and Sun. was clueless whatto eat but i think i did a pretty good job. im going to plug it in and see later when we arent so busy.

B-1/2 pc of toast w/ PB a lil over 1/2 of strawberry banana Chobani.
L-im splitting Szechuan chicken and an egg roll with a coworker. i'll give him 3/4 of the plate!
S-Protein Shake
D-cottage cheese and tomato
S-protein shake

i was really surprised this morning. i made PB toast and chobani yogurt and halfway thru i was full so i just went and thru it in the garbage. I use to eat biscuits and hashbrowns just a few weeks ago so im proud that almost 5 years out i still have a tool that works if i work it.

Good to know that the tool still works when we are several years out!   Re-gaining is my worst fear.

re-gain is a daily battle with me. You get so far out and get relaxed about the planning and the good choices. Sounds like your doing a great job tho! keep it up and you wont have a problem!!

I slept in today.  It is my FRIDAY :)
Need to think about my meals...........................


B:   Rice Chex cereal with NF milk
L:    Turkey wrap with cheese and salsa
S:    Celery with Pnut butter
D:    Grilled Chicken and a side salad
S:     Watermelon (will be trying my first yellow meat and looking forward to it!)
S2:   Protein Bar


Exercise:   3 miles of walking the compound at work.  I need to add in some type of weight or strength training but I haven't gotten the motivation to do it yet.
