Where do I find a weight loss countdown?

I would like one of those weight loss countdown tickers.  Can anyone please tell me where to find one?

Hi Kim.  I think that is done under  tools.  Everything on my page was done by Gwen.  She is so good at all that stuff and always does mine.  Maybe someone else will help with this when they wake up and come on!!!!  Have a wonderful day!!!

Gwen did mine as well.  She fixed my profile page too.  Very talented.  I know that one time I had a countdown ticker on here.  Go ahead and direct a post to Gwen though.  I know she lurks around here.

Go to Tools (In the light blue bar) then in the pull down menu select Widgets and Tickers and follow the steps.

Note: You must enable your signature in your Messageboard Settings for tickers to display in your signature. There is a height limit for Signatures (144 pixels).  If you add to already existing content or add more than 2 tickers per section, they may not display fully.
