Its Hump Day! Whatcha eating?

Im sooooo very thankful its Wednesday and that means its a downhill stretch to the weekend. Im off this weekend so im excited, we have football tho. Today is Day 3 of my new life as i call it and its starting to get pretty easy. Im starting to not crave all the bad stuff as before. Please pray for me. this is a hard hard road. This weekend i'll start adding real proteins into my diet. Denser ones. Tonight im going to make some egg salad to have for lunch tomorrow for a variation to cottage cheese.

Anywho, heres my day.

B-Cottage cheese and sliced olives
S-protein shake (i havent had this because now its almost lunch time so i'll find a way to get it in)
L-Cottage cheese w/ tomato and cheese cubes
S-Protein Shake
D-Cottage cheese and sliced olives

I dont know that i'll eat all this but ive used the boards health tracker and tracked it all and here goes.

Protein-40%
Fat-37%
Carbs-23%

Total calories-798, yes i know this is low. i'll start upping it soon but i want to stick to around 1000 calories

So i changed my plan but i didnt edit the whole thing. i got a few more calores but minused the carbs tremendously by eating cheese cubes and cutting out the pintos and cheese. save those for another day but ive been wanting some.

Hey Hillary!  Thanks for the post...crazy morning--just got back from a meeting.

I was too lazy to exercise last night....my boys are in the process of moving apartments so my house is upside down and then a friend of ours had car trouble so we had to rescue her....the whole night was a mess......

Today:

B-1 ww english muffin and Chobani yogurt
S-Kashi bar
L-steak and carrots
S-grapes
D-not sure, maybe going to Mexican restaurant

My son is having oral surgery this afternoon so I'm not sure what dinner will be...if he is okay, I'm going out, if he needs me at home, I'll probably have salad.  Don't forget Publix penny item day!

Hey gf,

I'm not having a good day.  I've been hurting all week.  Yesterday was the worse so I think I'm getting better now.  My abdomen right under my ribcage has been very painful for several days.  I also felt like I had teh cramps last week (which I'm entirely too old for).  I think its all tied in together.  BP was 158/110 yesterday.  The lady at the gym did not want me to leave until it came down.  We got the lower number down to 102.  Lot of stress right now among other things.

B - oatmeal
S - mini Butterfinger
L - chicken sandwich (that pressed chicken mess)
S - probably another butterfinger
D - not sure

I need to start tracking what I eat.  I'm just discombobulated right now.
