Hot, Hot Tuesday-whatcha eatin? moving?

Just trying to stay cool around here.  It is unbearable outdoors.

I went to the gym this morning and had a good workout.  I need to go back tonight but need to take the kids to VBS so I'm just hitting it hard in the mornings.

B - small bowl of grits, coffee
S - 3 cheese crackers
L - chicken salad
B - yogurt
S - not quite sure yet

I want to thank everybody for posting what they are eating and about the exercise but especially about the eating.  It gives me a good idea of what "real" people do.  Again, thanks to all of you!
