Monday, Monday--Whatcha Eatin? Moving?
Busy weekend! I'm glad to be back at work. You know I say I have never dumped, but I think I might've come close this weekend....I had a few bites of key lime pie--got really hot and nauseous...and heart racing some....good to know the tool is keeping me honest! We were very busy--met some friends Friday at the new burger boutique at the Summit, Flip Burgers. It was neat-the burger really was good--but I don't know that it will be a regular spot for us. Saturday went to Tuscaloosa to get my son squared away with his apt for next term, and met my sister and her hubby for a beer--they were on their way back to Louisiana after some time in the mountains. Saturday night my daughter cooked a roast and invited us for dinner. Sunday I hit the ground running---washed the car, cut the grass, did my weight workout, then went with the other son to see his new apt (this is his first one as an adult...he just graduated from UA and is employed...and moving out of the nest!!) . Then went to Lowes to pick paint colors for the upstairs then went to a friends for grilled steaks (they were amazing!). So, for today:
B-Chobani strawberry/banana yogurt and 1 english muffin
S-Kashi bar
L-wings (going out)
S-nectarine
D-spaghetti and meat sauce
I think tonight I'll do P90X Kenpo

You did have a super busy weekend!! Made me tired just reading it! this weekend was my Saturday to work. The girl that normally works Saturdays quit so it falls on me until they find her replacement! Sunday we were lazy most of the day and the went to academy to buy J football cleats and walmart to get a few groceries and protein shakes and stuff.
Today --im detoxing as i call it. I was going to do the 5DPT but instead im makin my own version!
B-Atkins Advantage Cafe Mocha
L-Cottage Cheese w/ tomato (dottie is picking up lunch, if she decides to do Chinese i'll get egg drop soup and save the cottage cheese til dinner)
S-Protein Shake
D-Chobani Peach greek yogurt
S-Protein Shake after workout
im going to put this in dailyplate right now to see what i need to modify, im hoping its ok!
im doing the elliptical tonight for 20-30 minutes.

Hi Kim and Hilary. We also had a very busy weekend. I helped move my son and daugher-in-law Friday night. Cooked for them on Sat. And had church Sun. morn and did a singing Sun. night. And here we are at Monday and a new work week. I started my so called "diet" this morning. I had gotten off track with all the revivals and traveling we did over my summer vacation. I am hitting it hot and heavy today.
I had egg, sausage and cheese for breakfast. No snack this morning and for lunch my grandson ordered chicken. I will have a piece of chicken with no skin. I don't know what is for dinner yet. Maybe left over chicken if Zane leaves any!!! He is staying with his Poppa today and that little fellow eats non stop!!!!

Well ladies, my weekend is just beginning. Today ismy Friday and I am looking forward to having a couple of days off.
Work keeps me busy and I get in at least 3 miles of walking a day. This southern heat is sweating me to death. I feel like I am constantly drinking and eating. Was afraid I would start gaining weight but have actually lost 7 lbs! Really not trying to lose anymore. Is anyone out there struggling to maintain and trying to stop losing? Never in a million years did I think I would have this problem.
Today's Plan:
B: 1 cup Left over Turkey Pasta Bake
S: Iced Coffee
L: Salad with Grilled Chicken, unsweet tea
S: Apple and Pnut butter
D: One of Michael's homemade Breakfast Burritos!
S: SF Rice Pudding
I know I ate dinner food for breakfast and am eating breakfast for dinner. lol Sounds weird but it is easier for me to pack a burrito than to take pasta to work!
