Hi everybody,

I am 43 today.  My husband has to work tonight.  Two of my children are in Michigan on a mission trip with our church.  My oldest daughter got married in May so she is no longer at home.  Needless to say, I am sad and knew I would be very lonesome tonight.  I went and picked my great-nephew, Gage, up from daycare, and we are going to play and have a party!  I love him so much, and he is so funny.  Kim will not be sad anymore.  Happy Birthday to me!

I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

I actually am in the company of two handsome young men.  Gage is 2, and my son-in-law just brought my "granddog" over for me to babysit tonight.  He is a little Yorkie.  He is 4 months old.  His name is Ty.

Gage and Ty are running and playing and to hear Gage laugh is honestly music to my ears.

Oh to be 43 again!!! My 40's were my sweetest years. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I did mine. And with that thought......drum roll please.....................

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIM!

I know I'm a little late but I know you'll forgive me. My birthday night was spent alone. I had a great day with gifts, singing, cake but my night was lonely. My dh works nights and for the most part I enjoy it but it would have been nice to have him home for that night.

I know you enjoyed having your company and those little furbabies can drive away all gloom, can't they? So can my grandbabies.

I love the line - Kim will not be sad anymore!!! Sweet!
