I have one more day of my summer vacation left. Back to work on Wednesday. I have been watching my food but not doing so well on water since I got off work. I plan to start back on Wednesday. I have kept the 6 pounds off that I lost before I got off work. I think that is pretty good since we have done so many revivals and homecomings. You know church folk love to eat!!!
I ordered some sugarfree snowcone syrup. I love making snowcones. I eat more ice that way thus getting in water. I got banana!!!! I love banana flavored icee's. I wish my ice crusher would shave more instead of crushing.

This is day 5 of the 5DPT, or pouch reset as I'm calling it. Hubby had cardiologist appt. this morning so breakfast was on the fly. It is also hubby's birthday so we ate where he wanted to.
B - Delicious white chocolate cheesecake shake
L - Chicken fajita meat, 6 chips with some guacomole goyita
S - Caramel strawberry cheesecake shake (not the best flavor I've concocted, but ok)
D - grilled chicken and a small salad, grilling hubby some salmon, but I just can't do the fish thing
S - Probably another shake of some yummy concoction
I guess you can tell the 5DPT has induced something in me to drink protein shakes. I had just about gotten completely away from them.
I will walk later on when it cools off. I still have my core and arm work to do.
I ordered P90X. It will be here Friday. I'm so excited to get started with that.
