Ft Rucker Support Group
We had our first WLS support group on Wednesday. We had 4 all together and had a wonderful time, well at least I did!!
We will be meeting again on the 2nd Tues of August on the 11th at 10am in the J classroom at Lyster Army Health Clinic.

Hey when I had my fill today I told Mari about our little group. She is going to e-mail some folks and give them my e-mail address so I can give them the info!!! This may really take off. she had lie 5 people right off the bat.

6/15/17 approved by insurance(started liquid diet) 194.7lbs
6/28/17 Surgery weight 184.4
