Happy Monday! Whatcha eatin? R U Moving?
I'm back from vacay! I managed to squeeze in 3 workouts while I was gone-got to visit the local Y with my sister in law and did lots of walking--the weather was beautiful...and I know I sampled too many yummy treats....back to reality now!
Today:
B-1/2 c cottage cheese and s/f peaches, 1/2 eng muffin
S-Kashi cherry dark chocolate bar
L-Healthy Choice Chicken Marsala, grapes
S-Chobani greek yogurt
D-going to Stix-will share a meal with DH--filet and shrimp...yummo
Then I'll bang out 3 miles on the old treadmill when I get home!
