Thursday Whatcha Eatin? Moving?

Well I am off to Michigan tomorrow, so I wont be back to the computer until July 12th--yall keep this board active while I'm gone!!

My son called from Tuscaloosa last night and his apt complex had his car towed, so now I have to deal with that right before I leave........I swear that kid is gonna kill me.

Tonight I'll be packing so I don't know if I'll get a chance to exercise, but if I do, I'll do P90X.  While I'm on vacation I'll mostly be running/walking and maybe do a few push ups and ab exercises....I wont have my weights so that will have to wait until I return.

Today's food:

B-1 slice ww double fiber toast with PB and 1/2 banana
S-Kashi pumpkin spice flax bar
L-Lean Cuisine lasagna
S-fresh pineapple
D-??  Whatever I can find...that is easy--probably grilled cheese and soup

I'll try to check in this evening--if I can't, yall have a wonderful, safe 4th of July!

Have a great trip.

Walked 3 miles this morning.

B - salad with chicken, strawberries, feta cheese, and walnuts; Ole high fiber tortilla
S - ?? maybe an apple
L - another salad maybe
D - chicken, green beans, potato salads
S - Jello chocolate mousse and strawberries
 

Will do my weight and core work this afternoon. Probably will walk the dogs for a mile or 2

L - pork chop with brown rice (cooked in the crock pot)
Snack - not sure
S - not sure

Going to the gym after work and will spend an hour.
