Today is our anniversary!!!!!!!!! 38 years ago I married my best friend. Today he is still my best friend!!!!
Now let me tell you about our night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At 12:30 we were soundly asleep like any OLD couple who has been married 38 years should be and all of a sudden the FIRE alarm goes off!! Honey let me tell you, that will spark an excitement like you have not felt in a long time!!!!! If you are reading this it means you are my friend so you know Jimmy is in a wheelchair. I said that to say this.....we are on the THIRD floor!!! I called the front desk and the lady said the word I longed to hear. There is no fire. Praise God.. But what is going on?????? We step out of our room and look to see if we can see something. The hotel has somthing like an atrium. We can see all the way down to the first floor. There is a sprinkler system going off like crazy!!! Not sprinkling but like a four inch pipe with a strong force of water coming right down on the beautiful sitting area of the lobby. The alarm sounded for over an hour and the water flowed until 2 AM. You know it was a mess. This morning they have a company in trying to get all the carpets dry. It flooded about 8 rooms on the first floor. They have a pretty big mess to deal with this morning. Well let me finish by saying...... we make memories everywhere we go!!! There is never a dull moment in the lives of Jimmy and Debbie Roberts!!!!

Sounds like excitement was shared by many last night.
I love making memories. Leo and I never have a dull minute. That's what keeps marriage so interesting.

Congratulations Jebbie!!! That's what they do with stars names these days. They put them together. Should it be Dimmy? LOL

Yep, wherever ya'll go trouble finds ya!! Now you're setting off fire alarms...I always knew you were a HOT couple but...when you start setting off fire alarms its time to tone it back!
What were ya'll doing on the thrid floor? I thought ya'll usually stayed on the first floor because of the wheel chair. That could have been a real prolem if there had been a fire. I know Jimmy gets around good in that chair of his, but three flights of stairs...I don't think so!! Glad ya'll are okay...now behave yourselves!!!
