Tuesday-Whatcha Eatin? Are You Movin?
I'm off to Michigan for a week starting Friday, so I wont be on the boards while I'm gone.....no internet access....so someone will have to keep these posts up!!
Today I'm eating:
B-1 egg, 1 slice Velveeta, 2 sl bacon and 1/2 eng muffin
S-Kashi bar-dark choc coconut
L-Firehouse subs Chief's salad and chili (prob eat 1/2 of each)
S-Chobani strawberry yogurt
D-leftover salmon/pork chop/fried potatoes (cleaning out fridge before going out of town!)
Exercise will be P90X arm and chest workout, and then abs.....uuuggghhh, I hate abs!

B - chobani greek yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, hilo cereal
L - tossed salad, chicken, feta cheese, high fiber low carb wrap, strawberries, grapes
S - ??? (my doc doesn't really like snacks)
D - probably more salad with chicken on it. I love my salads
I'm trying not to eat after the sun goes down. I'm having a lot of difficulty with snacking after the sun goes down. I'm gong to try to limit my snacks to some cheese and baby carrots.
I did walk almost 2 miles earlier. I hopefully will walk again this evening when it cools off some.
