Today is Bunco day, so for dinner I'll have whatever our hostess is serving.  I also wont exercise today since I wont be home until after 10 p.m.

B-Chobani pineapple yogurt and 1/2 ww eng muffin
S-Ka****LC dark choc coconut bar
L-Panera black bean soup
S-tropical trail mix
D-???

I hope you all have a great day and make good food choices!  and get those booties movin!!

I tried the yoplait greek yogurt recenlty and it was really good.  I have not tried the Chobani.  I am sure since you are eating it you like it.  How do you think it compares to the yoplait if you have had it? I hope this makes sense.

In my opinion, the Chobani beats the Yoplait!!! No contest!!! The Yoplait is my least favorite Greek yogurt. I usually get the Chobani plain and add things to it but Winn Dixie was out. I have the Dannon Greek plain from Wal Mart. I really really like the texture of the Chobani. To me it is better than Fage.

I like the Yoplait, but I LOVE the Chobani!  The peach and the pineapple are my faves, but I also like the strawberry, blueberry and raspberry.  The Chobani is fruit on bottom and has 19 gms of sugar in a container and I've had no issues tolerating that amount.

Girlfriend, I am not even going to type what I am cooking today.  I am getting Jimmy's aunt from the nursing home today and bring her here for lunch.  She planned the menu.   I promise not to eat too much.  I will be good, I will be good, I will be good......But I know the food is going to be good also!!!

Do I hear pre-meditated bad eating??  OOHHH, you'll have to do some extra laps to work off those goodies!  Enjoy...you only live once!

B:   4 saltine crackers with p-nut butter, coffee
L:  turkey and mozzarella sandwich, handful of almonds
S:   2 saltine crackers with p-nut butter, white raspberry tea
D:   baked pork chop, steamed veggies
S:   ????  Not sure yet!

Exercise:   Going for a little hike around the lake this evening.

Try not to melt on that hike!  I've got a short (3.75 miles) hike planned for Saturday up at Bankhead forest...and I'm dreading it.....at least it hikes to a waterfall so I can play in the water and cool off....that will do it for hiking for me until the Fall.
