Hump Day! Whatcha Eatin? How ya sweatin?

It is hump day!  Yeay!

Today's food:

B-1 egg with a slice of Kraft cheese melted on it, 2 oz turkey sausage and 1/2 of ww eng muffin
S-Ka****LC pumpkin spice bar
L-Lean Cuisine chicken fettuccini
S-Chobani raspberry yogurt
S-homemade salsa and a few chips
D-homemade taco salad-lean ground beef, grated cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomato (about a cup total is what I can eat)
Dessert-hmmm.....maybe a s/f fudgescicle??

Exercise:  gotta mow the lawn tonight (hubby does the weed wackin and blowin)...it is gonna be so hot, at least I'll sweat some calories out!

Well, I've put in 30 minutes on the treadmill this morning so that got me going good.

I'm drinking de-caf coffee which is a switch for me because I love it fully loaded.

I bought some lemon juice to add to my water to help with getting it all down.  And I'm going to switch to de-caf tea.

B - 1 egg with cheese
Snack - 2 cheese crackers
L - tomato sandwich without the crust on the bread and using wheat bread
Snack - piece of cheese
S - a little bit of roast I cooked in the crock pot with brown rice.

Going to church tonight so I won't be going back to the gym.  I'll park further away so I can get in a little walking.  Taking the grandbabies with me.

Hey congrats on the meal changes. I don't see McDonald's anywhere!!!! You should really start noticing a difference in your weight!!!

Way to go girl!!!!

LOL - thanks!!  But the coffee was from McDonald's. 

I did drop about 3 pounds this morning.  That felt so good!!!

I slept in today really. I got up at 6 and walked the dogs but went back to bed and stayed until about 10. I am still drinking coffee and it is almost 11. Gotta love summer.

My eating plan will be off a little today. I finally through the fudge away. I didn't eat any yesterday but I had poptarts instead. What am I thinking?

I guess I'm having brunch today...

B - greek yogurt, blueberries, HiLo cereal
S - Click protein frappe
L - Deli roast beef wrapped around string cheese
S - Apple
D - Grilled pork chop, baked potato, green beans

I will walk later on this evening. I guess I will do some abdominal (core) work. I read an article the other day that said the abdominal muscles were the one muscle that could be worked out every day. It does not need a break. Oh joy!!!!

One of the trainers at the gym told me the same thing about the ab muscles so I've been doing crunches every day.  I'm up to 60 lbs. on that baby!!!  I do 75 lbs on the leg press.

Yeah my trainer had told me the same thing, but I guess I didn't want to believe her. I workout at home so I don't do weights. I do regular crunches, situps, and I use a 10 lb. weight ball with some sit ups. I do a lot of ab work. I just wi**** got rid of skin. I have noticed though that the skin is not as bad as it was.
