Whatcha Eatin/How ya Movin on Tuesday??
Ended up doing yoga for an hour last night--I sure do love it. Also made a huge batch of homemade salsa since all my tomatoes ripened at the same time! I got carried away with the peppers though........it has a kick!
Today:
B: 1/2 c cottage cheese with s/f peaches, 1/2 of a ww english muffin
S: Kashi dark choc coconut bar
L: 1 cup tuna/egg salad (made at home), 5 light Ritz crackers
S: small nectarine, Chobani Greek peach yogurt
D: center cut pork chop, tomato and cucumber salad
Dessert: watermelon
Exercise: P90X leg and back weight workout and abs
Today:

Good morning everyone!! It's good to be back home and back in my routine once again. I did a 40 minute work out at the gym and then stopped and got me a cup of coffee. I don't use sugar in my coffee or tea. When I got to the office there was a pound cake sitting out from yesterday and yes I took a sliver (almost paper thin) just to get a taste. I will NOT eat anymore, I will NOT!!!
B - that blasted pound cake and coffee
Snack - yogurt
L - refried beans
S - no idea
I will drinks lots of unsweet tea today. And I will be going back to the gym this afternoon.

Here's the game plan for today.....didn't pre-plan very well as I have been in AL and now back to work my last week in KY! Staying busy with my move and job is taking its toll on me. Can't wait to be down south for good!
B: Coffee with SF Vanilla, few bites of Plantain Chips
S: 4 Crackers with cheese
L: 1 cup of Ground Turkey, with peppers, onions, and long grain and wild rice
S: ???? Probably some tea or more coffee
D: Baked fish, steamed brocolli
S: Apple or Toast with P-nut butter (trying to keep the blood sugar up!)
Haven't been walking or exercising like I should but doing a lot of stairs while packing!!!!!

Hi ladies. I have not had anything so far today. I really need to find something and eat. When I am home I get out of my routein. Yesterday I had a BLT for lunch and then cooked fresh peas, pork chops, stuffed eggs and corn bread for supper. I ate very little. I always fix a plate and then eat just a little of it. I can eat JUNK so much better than a meal. Why is that?????? Not sure what today holds but I am going to be careful of what goes in my mouth. I need to get back to my water today. I have not been very good at that lately.
