Monday Whatcha Eatin? How ya Movin?
How did we do this weekend? I had another baby shower Saturday, so of course I got into the dip, chips and other rich foods....not to mention the alcohol (yes, we had alcohol at a BABY SHOWER!!). I did workout Sat and Sun though....and yesterday did good with my eating.
Is everyone logging their food somewhere? I use the Health Tracker on this site and love it. Welcome back Hilary! Glad to see you back here with us--we need you just like you need us.
Today:
B-Chobani blueberry yogurt and 1/2 ww eng muffin with margaring
S-Pumpkin spice flax TLC bar
L-Newk's salad with balsamic vinegar drsg
S-1 cup fresh cherries
D-whole grain pasta and marinara meat sauce
Dessert-probably a s/f pudding or some trail mix
Exercise-not sure-probably something cardio if DH wants to workout with me, if he doesn't, I'll do P90X weight workout.

We wont talk about this weekend for me. LOL Actually isnt wasnt very bad except Saturday i didnt eat anything as i was on the river all day and i finally got a huge migraine. Probably from the beer and no food. so i had one of those Deli Creations Subs. it was super good. i didnt eat all of it but enough to take away my shakes, it didnt help with the headache. thats all i had all day. yesterday was a different story LOL!
I use to log my food in the daily plate but since they changed formats i dont. i cant seem to find one i like.
Today for me so far.
B-protein shake
L-i ordered Roadhouse Zalad but got a grilled chicken salad- i ate 1/4 of it. Its amazing what happens when you listen to your body and stop when its full. normally i would have ate over half or more but not today!!!
S-protein shake or stick cheese
D-kraut and polish sausage.
ive had a few bottles of water and a large unsweet tea from Zaxby's. i'll def get in my water today.
exercise, im not sure about. we've got a football meeting tonight and then i have a crapload of laundry calling my name. Im shooting for 20 minutes on the elliptical. Something is better than nothing is my way of looking at it.

I was out of town this weekend and at the mercy of my hosts. The food choices were not great but Leo and I did the best we could. I missed working out at the gym but I hit it hard this morning and will go back this afternoon.
I came in this morning and someone had brought a pound cake. That has got to be my most favorite cake in the world. I did eat a slice but it was almost paper thin. We can't deprive ourselves totally because that is when most failures start to occur. We have to eat sensibly. No More Cake!!! No More Cake!!! No More Cake!!!!
