Friday-Whatcha Eatin? How ya Movin?
Okay, it looks like just me and DebbieDoo hanging in! Where are my friends that promised to be accountable??
Today is Friday! Yeay!
B-1 egg with kraft slice melted on top, 2 oz turkey sausage and 1 slice double fiber ww toast
S-Kashi dark chocolate coconut bar
L-a few fried pickes with ranch and a few boiled crawfish
S-Chobani Greek yogurt
D-first, a dirty martini! Then blackened (or grilled if I'm not too lazy) salmon (4 oz) and tomato/cucumber salad with light italian dressing
No dessert today, but I may have a 2nd dirty martini as the night goes on! Everything accounted for in my journal.
No exercise today-Friday is regular day off (yes, I know that makes THREE days in a row of no exercise for me, that is not usual, just a busy week with lots of stuff going on). Next week I'll get my 5 workouts in! Everybody have a great weekend! I probably wont post the "Whatcha Eatin" on the weekends because I don't always have time to sit at the computer.

i havent planned all week. I honestly forget to check the boards as i frequent other boards. I will try to do better.

L-a few pcs of schechaun chicken and an egg roll (which made me deathly ill. no more egg rolls)

Hilary, it is good to see you back again-we missed you. Hope you are having a great weekend--I've been baking all morning-made a pineapple upside down cake and bread pudding with bourbon sauce for a baby shower today (that is what the Mommy wants!). Just finished my P90X cardio workout and lunch--chillin on the back porch listening to a rain storm coming in.
