So I'm gonna bail on the exercise tonight because I'm going to dinner/movie with the girls! 

B-1/2 of Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast bowl
S-small nectarine
S-Ka****LC Dark Mocha Chocolate Bar
L-3 oz roasted chicken and 20 baked french fries (just grabbed baggies of leftovers out of fridge this a.m.!)
S-s/f hot chocolate
S-Chobani raspberry yogurt
S-Slim Jim
D-small Greek salad with grilled chicken (from Zoes)

Yes, lots of snacks today--I'm more hungry today--I usually just go with it.....if  I need something, I have something, but I always count it in my journal.

Went to the gym and did 40 minutes on the treadmill.  Feeling good and now down 4 pounds.  They sure were hard to come by.

B - oatmeal, coffee
Snack - yogurt
L - black bean soup
Snack - cottage cheese/pineapple
S - baked chicken breast, corn

I'm not hungry right now.  I'm pumped.

Awesome day-and I see you skipped that naughty burrito again!  Way to go!  4 lbs is great work-do you feel better since you've been working out?
