Whatcha Eatin? What Exercise ya doin on this Wednesday?

Come on folks...lets be accountable for what we eat and how we move our bodies!

For me, Wednesday is grocery day, so I may get on the treadmill when I get home....depends on how long it takes to get the shopping done!  I've got to make New Orleans bread pudding and a pineapple upside down cake Saturday for a baby shower, so lots of ingredients to gather....(yes, I'll MAKE them, but I will not eat them!)

B-1/4 cup cottage cheese and 1 serving of s/f peaches, and 1/2 whole wheat english muffin
S-Kashi bar
L-Healthy Choice manicotti formaggio
S-Chobani peach yogurt
D- Roasted chicken?  Fish?  not sure, probably fish and some veggies
Dessert-s/f pudding cup

I have to really watch it now--I want to eat more, so it would be TOO EASY to begin snacking mindlessly.....I have to remind myself to THINK before I eat and make sure it is real hunger!

I worked out at the gym for 40 minutes yesterday morning.  It sure makes me feel great by the time I get to work.

B - scrambled egg/cheese and coffee
L - tomato sandwich - took the crust off
S - a roast beef sandwich from Arby's minus the bread and large Unsweet tea

I'm wanting to snack more myself.  I have some thin turkey sandwich meat in the frige so I'll grab a piece.  Also have some cheerios here that I'll eat when I crave sweet things.

DebbieDoo!  You passed on the burrito!  Two days now-way to go!

Looks like you are back on track and doing good--I keep some "good snacks" around for when I need them--and I drink black coffee when I think I'm hungry...it really helps.

may i ask what "good snacks" you keep around? i find myself wanting to snack around 3 and at night and im clueless so of course i eat crap.

Fresh fruit (today I had a nectarine), nuts (almonds, cashews or pistachios are my faves), TrueNorth almond clusters (these are great when you need salty/sweet), Greek yogurt (Chobani fruit on the bottom), Ka****LC bars (my faves are Dark Chocolate Coconut, Pumpkin Spice Flax and Cherry Dark Chocolate), tropical trail mix (Wal-Mart's brand) or cheese.....I also keep all of these things on hand at all times at home so I can always grab a good snack.
