Fail to plan, plan to fail--Do you have a plan today???

Today I'm eatin:

B:  1/2 of a D-lite breakfast bowl
S:  TLC Dark Mocha Almond
L:  Salad (going out to a restaurant)
S:  Chobani Greek yogurt
D:  5 oz beef tenderloin, a few bites of sweet potato
Dessert:  s/f pudding cup

I'm doing P90X Core Synergistics tonight.

Oh my!!!  I goof up this morning but I'll do better.

B - another one of those dreaded burritos.
Snack - cheese
L - going to Pannera Bread but not sure what I'll eat
S - brown, long grain rice and sausage

I go to the gym in the morning and its just too convenient to stop by McDonald's.  I will bring my oatmeal to work tomorrow and eat it when I get in.

I have a fantastic cup of de-caf coffee in front of me and it's so good!!!!  Just plain ole joe.

Since you are going to Panera Bread I am so jealous. I love their black bean soup and the salad with the apples on it.

My daughter and I are planning on having the black bean soup.  She says its so good.  I've never tried it.  Beans don't like me -or rather, my co-workers don't like me when I eat beans.

Today I'm going to try and stick to my plan..... I tend to plan then deviate....

B - Carb Master yogurt, strawberries, HiLo cereal
L - Don't really know taking a friend out for her birthday
S - Popcorn
D - Steak, potato, salad
S - Jello chocolate mousse

Will ride my bike. I hurt my knee yesterday walking.
