Lets stay accountable.......be honest!!!

here's my Friday:

B-1/4 c cottage cheese and s/f peaches, 1/2 ww english muffin
S-Kashi bar
L-1/2 buffalo chicken salad at Chili's
S-cantaloupe (2 wedges)
D-having company over....grilled lean burger patty and veggie kabob....will also snack on jalapeno cheese dip and chips and I KNOW I'll have a dirty martini (maybe 2!)

I will run 3 miles tomorrow a.m. to pay for my pre-meditated sins tonight!

This is most every day somedays is tuna instead of chicken for dinner. B:protein shake 1%milk L:Land o lakes cheese 1oz chips S:Cearal & milk D:Grilled Chicken

FRIDAY

B- one piece of toasted whole wheat bread with PB
water and tea until lunch
L_   about 3/4 cup of shredded smoked chicken
water and tea all afternoon
D-  wholewheat cheese toast   toasted well as in burnt by mistake

Ulcers and reflux acting up so cant eat well or much right now
