I ask that because we need a STRATEGY to fight OBESITY!
You can't wait until your hungry to figure out your next meal. IF YOU DO YOU WILL OVER EAT! So today; I will begin a new day by PLANNING our intake.
I will plan each bite for the next three days and let's see if I can control my eating again.

I'm in! I am a pretty good planner-today I'm having:
B-1 cup Kashi cereal and 1/4 cup fat free organic milk
S-grapes and cherries (about a cup)
L-Healthy Choice salisbury steak
S-Chobani pineapple greek yogurt
D-baked chicken breast and steamed veggies
Dessert-sugar free pudding cup
Has anyone heard from Hillary? I hope she is okay-I miss her what ya eatin posts!

I'll join!! I started my day out with a 45 minutes work-out at the gym and I feel GREAT!!
B - Sausage burrito
Snack - 1/2 dry cereal (cheerios)
L - Salad with grilled chicken
Snack - more cereal
S - Wild brown rice with sausage sliced up and cooked with the rice
I may not eat the healthiest foods but I'm getting back into the groove.
I miss Hillary too. I hope everything is ok with her. I'll send out a post to her.

I had good intentions of doing this yesterday and today but work keeps interferring.....I go too long without eating, then I grab the first thing I come too.....like chips!

I used to keep a daily food journal and really want to get back into that habit.......why is it that bad habits are hard to break and good habits are hard to start???????
