I'm not sure that I can explain it Sue but I will try....and maybe someone else knows a simpler way.
Open up the picture you want to use and you should see up at the top "Edit Picture". Click on that and to the right you will see a box with several options. I usually go to Custom W x H and put in 100 x 100 (or whatever OH requires. Then I save the new size and then you can go back to your account and where it says photo's - click on add a photo and go to browse and find the pic you just resized.
I hope that helps. That's the only way I know to do it but I've heard there is a simpler way.
