Hope your week thus far has been a fine one. Back to work yesterday was hard. A lot more stress than I wanted. However, that's just a part of my job.
Stress is one more reason we eat. We get caught up in the pressure and lose our focus on what's going in. Today try to NOT snack. If you need that in between meal snack make it healthy. Raw cauliflower, broccoli, and celery offer a great crunch and none of the useless calories that a potato chip provides!

Good morning everyone!!! Well, good news! Leo and I re-joined the gym at the hospital and went last night for a 45 minute work-out. It felt so good. We will go again this afternoon. I am so blessed to have a husband who will walk this walk with me.
I came back to work yesterday and I do understand the stress. I had been out of the office for 3 full days and with it being the end of the month, I had check requests and payroll's to catch up on. I think I took about 10 minutes to eat yesterday and that was at my desk. I know that's not smart but I just felt that I had to get some of the paperwork off my desk. I feel much better about getting things caught up this morning. I love bookkeeping but it can be tedious and stressful.
No snacks yesterday only because there was no time. LOL I do love potato chips but the grease does not like my digestive system so unless I'm going to be near a restroom, I leave those off my menu completely. When I do indulge I usually take about 7-10 chips and can stop at that.
I hope everyone has a fantastic day. It's church night and I get to take my grandbabies.
