Mini meals

I eat 3 times a day and have 4 protein drinks a day.  it goes something like this

1-protein coffee
2-1 egg and 1/2 round thins bread
3-protein drink
4-food
5-protein drink
6-food
7-protein drink
8-sometimes a snack if I am up late (past midnight)

I never really know what I am going to eat, I don't pre-plan my food.  I eat what the family eats, just adjusted for my needs.
