I really am determined to use the upcoming month for my comeback! I know twenty pounds in the scheme of this is not much but it's twenty more than I want to weigh!

You are wise to catch it now--we only know too well how quickly 20 can become 120!! I hope you had a good holiday--my husband and I spend ours in the Smoky mountains hiking-did an 8 mile hike one day then a 20 mile hike the next day....then a long drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway the next (the 20 mile hike kicked our butts!!--had to have a rest day!!).
