OT: good places to eat, Huntsville

We are in Huntsville for the week, while Mike finishes a class. This is his 2nd week, but the dogs & I just came up for this week.

Anybody have any recommendations on good eatin places?

Carrabba's in Parkway Place Mall is excellent. You can call and get on their "Call Ahead Seating" list. They have an awesome lentil and sausage soup.

Terra Nova's on University Drive is also very good.

We're creatures of habit and like Oh Bryans@ over in Madison. My kids love eating in the car room and I've found the chicken to always be moist and good. The prices are reasonable too.

Thanks Noel. I looked them up online & hubby saw it, his face lit up, he says he's heard of this place & he got a lil excited! lol

We always seem to end up when we go out to eat. My family of 5 eats there for about $35 or so which is a bargain. They will cook everything to order and all I can is that they are great.

Cheddars is a new place on university....its got a great atmosphere, and the food is wonderful!!  Cheap too!!  Oh and they are sensitive to WLS patients and will allow you to order smaller portions...which is always a plus!
